Moped Party is the convergence of two of my absolute favorite things on earth: Art & Mopeds. I got my first moped in about 2010 give or take and have been a tremendous fan of them my entire life. After losing touch with mopeds for over a decade I decided to get one again and that was one of the best decisions I think I’ve ever made. I first got a pair of 82 Urban express nopeds, sold those for a Puch and Peugeot, I later picked up a newer model Tomos and another Urban Express. I now get to share this hobby with my partner and a very cool collection of local moped enthusiasts who have been so welcoming, generous with their knowledge, and just all around badass folks.

Then there’s the Art side of this.. I have been a professional illustrator and muralist for over 20 years and I’ve always had the urge to draw things I was interested in. It helps me think through ideas and indulge in my hobbies when I’m not always able to do them. Since I’ve picked mopeds back up I’ve been obsessed and that’s spilled over into the things I draw.

I put this site together to showcase my love for mopeds, capture memories of the fun adventures they bring, share the art that mopeds inspire me to make, and offer some affordable, well designed moped merch that’s actually made buy a human artist..

(I can’t believe I had to say that)
